As Assistant Team Leader in our packaging team, you’ll ensure that our delicious biscuits are packed neatly, correctly and with the utmost care. Thanks to your leadership and attention to detail, our products reach every customer in perfect condition. You’ll roll up your sleeves alongside your colleagues in a pleasant working atmosphere where teamwork is at the heart of everything.
Your responsibilities
- Help optimise recipes and processes by sharing your expertise.
- Team leadership: Motivate the packaging team, allocate tasks and ensure efficient collaboration.
- Product release and non-conforming products: Approve packaged products and manage non-conforming products.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in production: Ensure the work environment is clean, safe and orderly.
- Cleaning and disinfection: Ensure compliance with cleaning and disinfection procedures to promote product quality and food safety.
- Process records: Accurately document production and packaging processes in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
Your profile
- You have administrative skills, such as experience maintaining documents, process records and administrative reports.
- You understand HACCP principles: You are familiar with HACCP guidelines and the importance of food safety in production.
- You are familiar with standard packaging methods and equipment.
- You are available for a full-time day-shift position.
- You are precise, organised and quality-focused.
- You’re a true team player with a flexible attitude.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential.
