When you visit our website, you naturally don't want prying eyes to have a look. Let alone someone misusing your personal data. That's why at Didess we do everything to keep your data secure and to handle it with care.

At Didess we place great importance on your security. That is why we take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access. 

 When you enter data on our website, it is transmitted encrypted via a secure SSL connection. This makes it extremely difficult for hackers and other malicious parties to gain access to your data. 

 We never sell your personal data to third parties and we do not share it for commercial purposes. Sometimes we do need the assistance of external partners, such as a hosting provider or a delivery service. In those cases they only get access to the data necessary to carry out their task, and we expect them to treat it with the same care as we do.

To assist you as effectively as possible, we sometimes need certain information. Some of it you provide yourself via a form, other data are collected automatically when you visit our website.

 In our forms we always indicate clearly which data are mandatory and which are optional.

Why do we use that data?

We never ask for more data than necessary and use it only for clear purposes.

 We analyze how visitors use our website so we can make it more user-friendly, faster and clearer.

 This service collects anonymous or pseudonymized data about the use of our website. This gives us insight into which pages are popular, how visitors navigate the site and where we can make improvements.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary. 

 Some data we must retain longer for legal reasons, for example for our accounting. Other data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected. 

 In general we retain: customer and billing data for as long as required by law; contact requests for a maximum of two years; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Your personal data remain yours. Therefore you always have the right to: access your data; have incorrect data corrected; have your data deleted; object to certain processing; withdraw your consent; request your data in a portable format.
